Ingredients
- 6 ounces shredded chicken
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 small celery ribs, chopped
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- squeeze lemon juice
- salt, to taste
Recipe
- 1 combine chicken through celery in a bowl.
- 2 mix dressing ingredients.
- 3 pour over chicken mixture.
- 4 toss to coat.
- 5 serve!
