Chicken Salad Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 cooked chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup yellow onion

Recipe

  • 1 mince chicken, onion, bell pepper, and cilantro.
  • 2 add spinblend
  • 3 mix with curry powder and some salt if you like to taste. if you don't have curry powder, try a little ground cumin or coriander. i like quite a bit of curry, but some might find it to strong so add a little, taste, and suit yourself.
