Ingredients

- 1 cooked chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup yellow onion
Recipe
- 1 mince chicken, onion, bell pepper, and cilantro.
- 2 add spinblend
- 3 mix with curry powder and some salt if you like to taste. if you don't have curry powder, try a little ground cumin or coriander. i like quite a bit of curry, but some might find it to strong so add a little, taste, and suit yourself.
