- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 potato, diced
- 2 eggs, whipped
- 1/2 cup meat, leftover your choice
- 1 hard roll, lightly buttered
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 in a fry pan,sautee diced potatoes in butter.
- 2 add the eggs and meat when potatoes are slightly browned.
- 3 add salt and pepper.
- 4 mix all together and cook until done.
- 5 fill the bun with cooked mixture and enjoy.
