Egg Salad

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons minced onions
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 place eggs in a pot and cover with water.
  • 2 bring to a boil.
  • 3 boil 2 minutes.
  • 4 remove from heat and allow to sit in hot water for 5 minutes.
  • 5 run cold water into the pot until the overflow is cold.
  • 6 cool the eggs in the cold water.
