Egg Salad

Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons minced onions
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 place eggs in a pot and cover with water.
- 2 bring to a boil.
- 3 boil 2 minutes.
- 4 remove from heat and allow to sit in hot water for 5 minutes.
- 5 run cold water into the pot until the overflow is cold.
- 6 cool the eggs in the cold water.
- 7 peel eggs and cut into small pieces.
- 8 add remaining ingredients and stir.
