Simple Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 orange, peeled and broken into sections
  • 1 banana, broken into chunks
  • 1/4 cup strawberries, or more to taste
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes, or as needed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground flax seeds (optional)

  • blend yogurt, orange, banana, strawberries, ice, vanilla extract, and flax seeds together in a blender until smooth.
