banana smoothie ii

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon wheat germ
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • in a blender, combine banana, milk, egg, wheat germ, honey, vanilla and nutmeg. blend until smooth. pour into a chilled glass and serve.
