Tasty Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 banana, cut into chunks
  • 2 fresh apricots, peeled and pitted
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons wheat germ
  • 2 teaspoons oat bran
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup, or more to taste
