Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 3 ounces cream cheese (plain)
- 1/4 cup green onion, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
- 1/8 cup fresh dill, chopped (optional)
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 english muffins, split & toasted
- 4 slices lox or 4 slices smoked salmon
Recipe
- 1 combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl, making sure they are well incorporated.
- 2 spread on each mufiin half.
- 3 top with salmon.
- 4 voila!
