Peach-glazed Hot Roast Beef Sandwiches

Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 12 mini hamburger buns, split
- 1/2 cup peach preserves or 1/2 cup peach jam
- 1/2 cup coarse grain mustard
- 12 ounces thinly sliced deli roast beef
- 4 ounces muenster cheese, cut into 12 small slices
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325°.
- 2 place buns on a large baking sheet.
- 3 spread preserves and mustard evenly over bottom half of bun.
- 4 arrange roast beef and cheese over mustard.
- 5 cover with top half; cover pan with foil.
- 6 bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
