Peach-glazed Hot Roast Beef Sandwiches

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 12 mini hamburger buns, split
  • 1/2 cup peach preserves or 1/2 cup peach jam
  • 1/2 cup coarse grain mustard
  • 12 ounces thinly sliced deli roast beef
  • 4 ounces muenster cheese, cut into 12 small slices

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 325°.
  • 2 place buns on a large baking sheet.
  • 3 spread preserves and mustard evenly over bottom half of bun.
  • 4 arrange roast beef and cheese over mustard.
  • 5 cover with top half; cover pan with foil.
  • 6 bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
