Low-fat Bbq Sandwiches.

Total Time: 4 hrs 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb extra lean ground beef
  • 2 cups celery, finely chopped
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon whipped butter
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 cups water

Recipe

  • 1 brown ground beef, celery, and onions in a non-stick skillet.
  • 2 combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
  • 3 cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
  • 4 serve in sandwich rolls, or buns.
