- 4 slices challah
- 4 ounces thinly sliced smoked salmon
- 1 avocado, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
Recipe
- 1 place bread slices on a work surface and remove crusts.
- 2 arrange salmon and avocado on top of two slices, dividing equally.
- 3 spread sour cream evenly over the other two slices. season to taste with salt and pepper.
- 4 press slices together, cut into 4 squares and serve.
