Smoked Salmon And Avocado Tea Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 slices challah
  • 4 ounces thinly sliced smoked salmon
  • 1 avocado, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 place bread slices on a work surface and remove crusts.
  • 2 arrange salmon and avocado on top of two slices, dividing equally.
  • 3 spread sour cream evenly over the other two slices. season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • 4 press slices together, cut into 4 squares and serve.
