Ginger Cream Triangles

Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2/3 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 24 slices thin-sliced whole wheat bread
Recipe
- 1 beat cream cheese and mayo at medium speed of electric mixer until smooth and fluffy.
- 2 stir in pecans and ginger, distributing evenly.
- 3 remove crust from bread.
- 4 spread cream cheese mixture evenly over 12 slices of bread.
- 5 place remaining bread slices over cream cheese mixture to make sandwiches.
- 6 cut each sandwich into 4 triangles.
