Light Tuna Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 3 cups tuna
  • 3 cups celery
  • 1 cup green bell pepper
  • 1 cup yellow bell pepper
  • 1 cup red bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup green onion
  • 1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise

Recipe

  • 1 drain the tuna.
  • 2 combine all the other ingredients in a bowl with the tuna and mix well.
  • 3 refrigerate for two or more hours.
  • 4 spread 1/2 cup of mixture on a piece of bread or serve with salad.
  • 5 serve.
