Light Tuna Salad

Ingredients

- 3 cups tuna
- 3 cups celery
- 1 cup green bell pepper
- 1 cup yellow bell pepper
- 1 cup red bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup green onion
- 1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
Recipe
- 1 drain the tuna.
- 2 combine all the other ingredients in a bowl with the tuna and mix well.
- 3 refrigerate for two or more hours.
- 4 spread 1/2 cup of mixture on a piece of bread or serve with salad.
- 5 serve.
