Cucumber Sandwiches

Ingredients

• 1 (8 ounce) carton spreadable cream cheese
• 2 teaspoons ranch dressing mix
• 2 -3 cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
• 8 slices pumpernickel bread

Recipe

• 1 combine cream cheese and dressing mix. spread on 4 of the 8 slices of bread. top with cucumber slices then another slice of bread. serve immediately.
