Ice Cream Sandwich Cake

Ingredients

- 24 prepared ice cream sandwiches
- 2 cups whipped cream, unsweetened
- 1 (250 ml) jar smucker's chocolate fudge flavored ice cream topping
- 1 cup salted peanuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup smucker's sundae syrup caramel flavored syrup
Recipe
- 1 place 12 ice cream sandwiches in bottom of freezer-proof 9x13-inch pan.
- 2 top with 1/2 of the whipped cream, all of the smucker's chocolate flavored topping, and 1/2 of the peanuts.
- 3 repeat with remaining ice cream sandwiches, whipped cream and peanuts. garnish wirh smucker's sundae surup.
- 4 freeze until solid, about 2 hours. let stand 5 minutes before serving. cut into 24 squares. garnish with a few peanuts, a drizzle of chocolate syrup, and a cherry on top.
