Sandwich Spread

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1 (3 7/8 ounce) can of sliced black olives, drained
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
  • 3 1/2 ounces firm tofu, about 1/4 of a 14oz package
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 2 ounces pimientos, drained (small jar)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon accent seasoning, has msg, increase the salt (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon braggs liquid aminos (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 cream all ingredients in a food processor.
