Pantry Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 (10 ounce) can 98% fat free canned chicken, packed in water
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/8 teaspoon seasoning salt (lawrys)
  • 7 dates

Recipe

  • 1 chop the dates to small pieces.
  • 2 toss with the canned, drained chicken, two spoonfuls of mayo, 2 hearty shakes of seasoning salt and a good heavy pinch of celery seed.
