Mexican Sandwiches

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 3 lbs ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cups longhorn cheese, shredded
  • 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 cup ripe olives, chopped
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 24 hard rolls

Recipe

  • 1 brown ground beef and onion together, drain.
  • 2 add remaining ingredients except rolls.
  • 3 pinch bread out of center of rolls.
  • 4 fill with beef mixture.
  • 5 wrap each roll in foil.
  • 6 bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
