Ginger Beef Warm-wich

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/4 cup miracle whip or 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh gingerroot or 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 4 crusty sandwich buns, split
  • 8 slices cooked deli roast beef (about 1/3 lb.)
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onion
  • 8 slices red peppers, rings

Recipe

  • 1 mix dressing and ginger; spread on cut sides of rolls.
  • 2 fill with remaining ingredients: wrap in foil.
  • 3 bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
  • 4 serve warm.
