Ginger Beef Warm-wich

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/4 cup miracle whip or 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh gingerroot or 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 4 crusty sandwich buns, split
- 8 slices cooked deli roast beef (about 1/3 lb.)
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
- 8 slices red peppers, rings
Recipe
- 1 mix dressing and ginger; spread on cut sides of rolls.
- 2 fill with remaining ingredients: wrap in foil.
- 3 bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
- 4 serve warm.
