Ingredients

- 2 bolillo rolls, split
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
- 2 ounces provolone cheese, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh basil
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat panini grill to high.
- 2 place rolls, cut side down, on a work surface and brush crusts with oil.
- 3 turn rolls over and spread evenly with mayonnaise.
- 4 on bottom halves, evenly layer provolone, basil, and red pepper.
- 5 cover with top halves and press gently to pack.
- 6 place sandwiches in grill; close the top plate and cook until golden brown, 3-4 minutes.
- 7 serve immediately.
