Egg Salad For Sandwiches

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2-3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Recipe

  • 1 boil eggs for 10 minutes. immerse in cool water and peel as soon as possible. dice.
  • 2 mix all together in airtight container. refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
