Chicken Salad

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (more or less to your taste.)
  • 1/2 lb seedless grapes (cut up)
  • 4 -5 ounces cashews
  • salt
  • pepper
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder

Recipe

  • 1 boil chicken until cooked through and no longer pink, then shred.
  • 2 mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  • 3 enjoy on bread, crackers or with a spoon!
