Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise (more or less to your taste.)
- 1/2 lb seedless grapes (cut up)
- 4 -5 ounces cashews
- salt
- pepper
- onion powder
- garlic powder
Recipe
- 1 boil chicken until cooked through and no longer pink, then shred.
- 2 mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- 3 enjoy on bread, crackers or with a spoon!
