Sandwiches From Roast Leftovers

Ingredients

- cooked beef or lamb, leftovers
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sauce (hp or heinz 57)
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1 spanish onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 4 -6 italian rolls
- mozzarella cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 combine ketchup, bbq sauce, brown sauce& vinegar.
- 2 cut meat into 2 inch strips, add to sauce mixture& marinade overnight.
- 3 warm meat mixture in a heavy pot.
- 4 cook onion in oil.
- 5 hollow out buns and fill with meat mixture.
- 6 top with fried onions& grated mozarella.
- 7 place under broiler for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
