Ingredients
- 2 slices whole wheat bread
- 1/3 cup cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
Recipe
- 1 heat 1 tablespoon butter in a non-stick pan.
- 2 lay one piece of bread in the bottom of the pan.
- 3 place cheese on top of the bread.
- 4 place 2nd piece of bread on top of cheese.
- 5 put 2nd tablespoon of butter on top of bread. this ensures a delicious sandwich.
- 6 cover and cook on each side for about 5 minutes, or until cheese it melted and crust is golden brown and crispy.
