Grilled Cheese

Total Time: 12 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • 1/3 cup cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Recipe

  • 1 heat 1 tablespoon butter in a non-stick pan.
  • 2 lay one piece of bread in the bottom of the pan.
  • 3 place cheese on top of the bread.
  • 4 place 2nd piece of bread on top of cheese.
  • 5 put 2nd tablespoon of butter on top of bread. this ensures a delicious sandwich.
  • 6 cover and cook on each side for about 5 minutes, or until cheese it melted and crust is golden brown and crispy.
