- 1 lb sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 cup mayonnaise
Recipe
- 1 grate the cheese.
- 2 add the pimentoes with juice and the garlic.
- 3 add 1 cup mayonnaise plus whatever amount of mayonnaise you need to add to get the consistency that you want.
- 4 refrigerate.
