- 1 english muffin
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 tablespoons cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 slices ham, cut into fours
Recipe
- 1 beat the eggs, and scramble fry them, top with cheese.
- 2 meanwhile, toast the english muffin and butter. and heat the ham in a frying pan.
- 3 to serve, put the english muffin halves on a plate and top with ham, and top with egg.
- 4 serve any kind of side, hashbrowns or rice.
