Egg, Ham And Cheese Open Faced English Muffin

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 english muffin
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 slices ham, cut into fours

Recipe

  • 1 beat the eggs, and scramble fry them, top with cheese.
  • 2 meanwhile, toast the english muffin and butter. and heat the ham in a frying pan.
