- 2 cups leftover cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise (not lite!) or 1/2 cup mayonnaise (not lite!)
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon curry powder

- 1 mix chicken and vegenaise [or mayo].
- 2 add curry a little at a time, to taste.
- 3 pile on bread or rolls, toasted or not.
