Chicken Salad Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups leftover cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise (not lite!) or 1/2 cup mayonnaise (not lite!)
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon curry powder

Recipe

  • 1 mix chicken and vegenaise [or mayo].
  • 2 add curry a little at a time, to taste.
  • 3 pile on bread or rolls, toasted or not.
