Ingredients
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 lb medium firm tofu, drained and rinsed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill (optional)
Recipe
- 1 place the ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and creamy. do not underblend.
- 2 pour into serving jars and refrigerate. serve chilled.
