Crock Pot Country Lamb Sandwiches

Total Time: 10 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 3 -4 lbs lean lamb roast, cubed
  • 2 stalks celery, finely diced
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon lawrys salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/8 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup dry sherry

Recipe

  • 1 saute celery and onion in oil in a large skillet.
  • 2 add meat, brown well.
  • 3 place in crock pot.
  • 4 add remaining ingredients.
  • 5 stir well.
  • 6 cook 8-10 hours on low until meat shreds.
  • 7 serve on hard rolls.
