Crock Pot Country Lamb Sandwiches

Ingredients

- 3 -4 lbs lean lamb roast, cubed
- 2 stalks celery, finely diced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon lawrys salt
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley
- 1/8 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup dry sherry
Recipe
- 1 saute celery and onion in oil in a large skillet.
- 2 add meat, brown well.
- 3 place in crock pot.
- 4 add remaining ingredients.
- 5 stir well.
- 6 cook 8-10 hours on low until meat shreds.
- 7 serve on hard rolls.
