Cowboy Jaffles

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 4 slices whole meal bread
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 (130 g) can baked beans, drained
  • 30 g shaved ham

Recipe

  • 1 preheat a jaffle or sandwich maker. lightly spread bread slices with butter. place 2 slices of bread, buttered-side down, in the jaffle maker. top with cheddar.
  • 2 spoon baked beans over the cheese and top with ham. top with the remaining bread slices, butter-side up. cook for 3 minutes or until golden brown. set aside to cool slightly. cut in half to serve.
