Low Mercury Omega 3 Tuna Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2 tablespoons ybarro olive oil mayonnaise or 2 tablespoons brown cow whole milk yogurt
  • 1 (3 3/4 ounce) can vital choice albacore tuna
  • 2 tablespoons grated carrots
  • 2 ounces grated raw milk sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon really raw honey
  • 1 tablespoon grated onion
  • 1 hard boiled gold circle farm omega3 egg
  • sea salt
  • fresh ground black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients and stir well.
