Pesto Focaccia Sandwich

- 1 large focaccia bread or 1 large ciabatta, loaf
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) jar pesto sauce
- 1/2 lb ham, thinly sliced
- 1/2 lb turkey, thinly sliced
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 450º.
- 2 cut bread in half horizontally using a serrated knife.
- 3 spread pesto evenly over the cut sides.
- 4 layer ham, turkey, cheese and onion evenly over the bottom half of the loaf, the top with the other half.
- 5 wrap in aluminum foil and bake for 10 minute.
- 6 cut into wedges and enjoy!
