Lauren's Chicken Salad With Apples

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
  • 1 apple, cubed
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients, chill.
