Benedictine Spread

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoons cucumber juice
  • 1 tablespoon onion juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper (a few grains)
  • 2 drops green food coloring

Recipe

  • 1 to get the juice, peel and grate a cucumber, then wrap in a clean dish towel and squeeze juice into a dish.
  • 2 discard pulp.
