- 1 1/2 cups cooked smoked ham (or fat free smoked turkey ham)
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup onion
Recipe
- 1 add ingredients in the order they appear to a blender and put on lid.
- 2 pulse 5 or 6 times, pause and let the ingredients settle, then quickly pulse again until you've reached a good consistency.
- 3 then serve.
