Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon salad oil
- 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1 1/2 cups pancake mix
- 2 (12 ounce) cans luncheon loaf meat, sliced 1/4 inch thick
Recipe
- 1 blend milk, egg and oil.
- 2 add cornmeal and pancake mix.
- 3 blend until smooth.
- 4 dip meat in batter.
- 5 brown on preheated griddle sprayed with canola or butter spray.
