Low-fat Meat Spread

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 lb cooked beef, ham, chicken or 1/2 lb turkey
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup red beans, cooked or 1/4 cup wheat germ
  • 2 tablespoons low fat soy flour
  • herb-seasoned salt, to taste (or other herb blends)
  • fresh ground pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 blend all ingredients in a food processor. moisten as needed with ketchup, mustard or low fat salad dressing (i like italian dressing).
