- 1/2 lb cooked beef, ham, chicken or 1/2 lb turkey
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/2 cup red beans, cooked or 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 2 tablespoons low fat soy flour
- herb-seasoned salt, to taste (or other herb blends)
- fresh ground pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 blend all ingredients in a food processor. moisten as needed with ketchup, mustard or low fat salad dressing (i like italian dressing).
