Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 loaf italian bread
- 3/4 lb shrimp
- 3/4 cup salsa
- 2 avocados
- 6 ounces monterey jack cheese
Recipe
- 1 split bread in half lengthwise.
- 2 shell and clean shrimp then coarsely dice.
- 3 saute shrimp in medium-size skillet with salsa for about 4 minutes.
- 4 slice avocados and layer on bread halves.
- 5 spoon shrimp on avocado.
- 6 top with cheese.
- 7 broil 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
- 8 cut each half in half.
