 - 2 cups diced lamb tenderloin
 - 1 medium tart apple, diced
 - 1/2 cup halved red seedless grapes
 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
 - 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
 - 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
 - 2 tablespoons chutney
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - lettuce leaf
 - 4 plain croissants, split
 
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients; mix well.
 - 2 serve on lettuce-lined croissants.
