Rachel Sandwiches

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 12 slices dark rye bread
  • butter (or margarine) (optional)
  • 4 ounces swiss cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 lb corned beef, sliced
  • 3 cups coleslaw, the kind you buy in a deli is fine

Recipe

  • 1 butter 1 side of each bread slice, if desired.
  • 2 layer cheese, corned beef and coleslaw on buttered side of each of 6 bread slices.
  • 3 top with remaining bread slices with buttered side down. cut sandwiches in half.
