Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef (or venison, or other wild game)
- 2 onions (enough for 8 slabs of onions)
Recipe
- 1 split the burger into 8 parts.
- 2 make into balls.
- 3 flatten half of ball and place onion inside.
- 4 cover onion with other half.
- 5 cook on grill (or in pan) to desired doneness.
