Light Chicken Salad With Pickles

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 kosher dill pickles
  • 3 tablespoons miracle whip light
  • 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 boil the chicken breasts in water until cooked.
  • 2 chop chicken breasts into salad-ready pieces.
  • 3 chop pickles and add to chicken breasts.
  • 4 add miracle whip, sugar (if you'd like), and pepper and mix together until salad consistency.
  • 5 serve on top of mixed greens or as sandwiches.
