Light Fantastic Pizza Sandwich

Total Time: 8 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 3 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread (i like wholegrain)
  • 1 teaspoon margarine
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce (ketchup)
  • 1/4 cup cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 1 pineapple slice (tinned, well-drained)
  • 2 tablespoons tasty low-fat cheese (grated)

Recipe

  • 1 butter the outside of the bread slices, and fill the inside (unbuttered) sides of the sandwich as follows:.
  • 2 tablespoon of tomato sauce, spread on one slice of each sandwich.
  • 3 top with chicken (or ham, bacon etc) generously, then sliced (drained) pineapple, and cheese.
  • 4 finish off with upper slice of bread, then press and toast.
  • 5 enjoy : )).
