Pepper Jack Skillet Chicken Fajitas

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 large green pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can campbell southwest-style pepper jack soup
  • 8 (8 inch) tortillas

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in skillet.
  • 2 add chicken; cook until browned.
  • 3 add pepper and onion; cook over medium heat until tender.
  • 4 add soup and heat thru.
  • 5 spoon 1/2 c mixture down middle of each tortilla.
  • 6 fold tortilla around filling.
