Power Packed Peanut Butter Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup carrot, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds, shelled
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 bagels, split or 8 slices whole wheat bread

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients except bread.
  • 2 mix well.
  • 3 spread mixture on bagel or bread slices.
