Ingredients

- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup carrot, shredded
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds, shelled
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 bagels, split or 8 slices whole wheat bread
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients except bread.
- 2 mix well.
- 3 spread mixture on bagel or bread slices.
