Roasted Red Pepper Provolone Panini

Total Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/4 loaf bread (your choice) or 2 slices bread (your choice)
  • 3 slices prosciutto
  • 1 jarred roasted red pepper (or more to taste)
  • 2 slices provolone cheese
  • olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 place prosciutto , pepper, and cheese on bread.
  • 2 heat grill pan and have something heavy near by to weigh down the lid.
  • 3 lighty oil pan and add panini.
  • 4 press down on top with another pan or heavy plate, cook untill ightly browned.
  • 5 flip and cook other side.
  • 6 enoy.
  • 7 add whatever additions.
