Potato Rye Bread (bread Machine)

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 3 1/3 cups bread flour
- 2/3 cup rye flour
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 1/4 cup potato flakes
- 2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
Recipe
- 1 add the ingredients in order to bread machine pan.
- 2 set on dough setting.
- 3 after machine finishes dough cycle, remove dough from bread machine pan and place in a loaf pan that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
- 4 let rise in warm place for 30 minutes. i usually turn on the oven for a minute or two to warm it, turn off the oven, and place the loaf in the oven to rise.
- 5 bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees. remove from pan immediately and put on cooling rack. slice when cooled and place in bag.
