Potato Rye Bread (bread Machine)

Total Time: 2 hrs 30 mins Preparation Time: 2 hrs Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 3 1/3 cups bread flour
  • 2/3 cup rye flour
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ
  • 1/4 cup potato flakes
  • 2 teaspoons bread machine yeast

Recipe

  • 1 add the ingredients in order to bread machine pan.
  • 2 set on dough setting.
  • 3 after machine finishes dough cycle, remove dough from bread machine pan and place in a loaf pan that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  • 4 let rise in warm place for 30 minutes. i usually turn on the oven for a minute or two to warm it, turn off the oven, and place the loaf in the oven to rise.
  • 5 bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees. remove from pan immediately and put on cooling rack. slice when cooled and place in bag.
