Flank Steak Sandwiches With Onions And Blue Cheese

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 1/2 lbs flank steaks
  • 2/3 cup bottled italian dressing
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 large onions, halved, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • fresh ground pepper
  • 6 large crusty sandwich buns, halved
  • 3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

Recipe

  • 1 place the steak in a large baking dish; pour dressing over, marinate 20 minutes.
