Chicken Salad With Craisins & Almonds

Ingredients
- 13 ounces chicken or 13 ounces left over chopped chicken
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup craisins
- 1/4 cup almonds, chopped and toasted or 1/4 cup wheat berries, prepared, cooked & cooled
- 1 dash salt and pepper
- 1 dash curry powder (optional)
Recipe
- 1 toast almonds or make wheat berries.
- 2 drain and shred chicken.
- 3 add mayonnaise, seasonings and craisins.
- 4 once almonds or wheat berries have cooled, add to salad.
- 5 mix together and serve or chill until ready to eat.
