Chicken Salad With Craisins & Almonds

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 13 ounces chicken or 13 ounces left over chopped chicken
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup craisins
  • 1/4 cup almonds, chopped and toasted or 1/4 cup wheat berries, prepared, cooked & cooled
  • 1 dash salt and pepper
  • 1 dash curry powder (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 toast almonds or make wheat berries.
  • 2 drain and shred chicken.
  • 3 add mayonnaise, seasonings and craisins.
  • 4 once almonds or wheat berries have cooled, add to salad.
  • 5 mix together and serve or chill until ready to eat.
