Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2-1 cup sauerkraut
- 1 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 brown ground beef with the onions. salt and pepper to taste.
- 2 stir in desired amount of sauerkraut and heat through.
- 3 just before serving, stir in sour cream. heat gently and serve on dark buns.
